I've been to the fair three time since I got to Maryland in 2003. It is cool for what it is. I'm originally from NC and never when to the state fair the entire time I lived there. The last two years I've gone to the NC fair and to be honest it is great and made me realize Maryland needs more room. The fair in NC is more like a small to medium amusement park. Overall experience with options the nc fair is a 9/10. Maryland would be a 6/10.
Went to the repticon show the January. It was pretty cool!!!! If you are into reptiles or exotic pets. It's definitely worth the visit.
I definitely recommend the show and all the events at Timonium Fair Grounds from the Fair to the shows.
Lacrosse tournament. Fields were decent and set up was good by tournament operator for moving between different fields. Plenty of parking was available, on hard surface lots. Racetrack stands were open for inside bathroom use, although plenty of port-a-johns were available.
Good fair, mostly takes cash as it's better. Food as always is overpriced but it's fair food.
Great family place for all kinds of events . We went to the Baltimore Ravens Kickoff Party and it was great. It's a great venue, parking was easy, security was sufficient and overall a great experience
It's always a good event for seniors.
That was my 1st visit and I had fun. I enjoyed the dog show, the animals giving birth, the glassblowing demonstration, and so many more things.
The food was really good. That is another event that is worth visiting every year.
This year it was a little pack because when I went it was suppose to be the last day...I wish they advertise the event more when it comes to town..my favorite drawing artist wasn't there so it was disappointing... overall I had a great time...
It was a very nice experience. Parking was available on site. Security staff presence was GREAT! Turkey legs were tasty and other food items were freshly made. A slight breeze in the air! No complaints.
